I've had this spot bookmarked since they opened a few years back. Los Gatos doesn't have a lot of non-chain restaurants in this part of town, so it was nice to see something different. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere here. Since it's a little more on the fast casual side I wasn't expecting too much, but they did a really nice job on the patio making it feel trendy and quaint, and best of all separating you from the parking lot. I got the cool bowl with pork, vermicelli noodles, and their house sauce. It was nice that you were really able to customize this dish with some different base, meat, and sauce options. The pork was super flavorful and tender, and their house sauce went well with it. We also ordered the ribs, which were a little chewy for my liking, so I'd plan to stick with the pork again next time. Will definitely plan to come back here for a nice cool bowl on a warm day!

We both had cool bowls with noodles. Very large servings with vegetables and protein and very delicious.

Food was satisfactory and made for a hearty, pleasant meal. - Beef Pho: Decent portion and they don't skimp on the meat or noodles. The broth is served hot and is a savory, saltier pho, but isn't excessively salty. The meat was clearly a good cut; marbled with fat and consistently tender. - Fried Egg Rolls: Perfectly crisp, hot and nicely spiced. It wasn't crowded when we went, and the lady tending to us was well mannered. The restaurant's ambiance itself is open, literally, and it is all decorated well with vegetation and a bit trendy inside, too. Would come again, this is my second good experience with this establishment(the first time was during the pandemic, yet was not faltering with quality).

What a gem of a spot! This place offers such a peaceful vibe, whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors. We kicked off our meal with some Crab Puffs, which were delicious and came out super quick. But when it came to our Beef and Chicken Soup, we had to wait around 15 minutes, which seemed a bit longer than what I'm used to with pho joints. They don't offer different sizes, just one generous portion, but honestly, it was plenty, and the soup itself was absolutely delicious. After slurping down our soup, we treated ourselves to two desserts: Pan Kota and Matcha Pudding. Both were insanely yummy and the perfect sweet finish to our meal. And let's not forget about the service - the staff here are so friendly and attentive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This is a smaller cafe with outside seating. It is super clean and tidy. We ordered the pho as it was a colder day. The broth was good and not too salty. I ordered the chicken pho and had the option of light or dark meat. I also added steamed veggies to my dish. The chicken was moist and the veggies were fresh. It was a very good bowl, basic, tasty and hot.

Excellent bahn mi sammich: 1) bread was hallowed out to optimize chewiness 2) good amount of grilled pork. Also excellent taste/quality. 3) restaurant seemed modern and cleaner than an average similar type of restaurant (I LOVE Bahn Mi, but IYKYK).

*Third time coming here* Brought a few different friends here over the past 3 months. The first two times were 5/5 incredible but the last time was 3:5, they forgot jalapeños in our Banh Mi. Had to ask for it. Overall, really tasty Banh Mi I recommend the BBQ pork! The picture of the banh mi cut in half on the plate was the first time I came. Truly epic sandwich. The other photo in the wrapper was the most recent time last week.

The item that really stood out to me was the fish sauce chicken wings. Super crispy and super flavorful. Their iced Vietnamese coffee is strong and thick, it was good but it took me a while to eventually finish it. The stir fry was decent as well, a little on the saltier side but still good. They have a cool indoor and outdoor space. Sit anywhere and you can order on your phone by QR. Service was nice as well.
